Problems solved by technology

In the existing method, the water sample is not separated and treated, but directly cultured and tested. The aforementioned chemical substances will inhibit the proliferation of bacteria, thereby prolonging the growth time of bacterial culture, and ultimately affecting the accuracy of the water sample bacterial concentration test results.

Abstract

The invention relates to a bacterium detection method which comprises the following steps: a. sampling: passing a sample to be detected through a filter, so that bacteria in the sample are accumulated in the filter; and metering the total volume of the sample passing through the filter; and b. culturing and detecting: putting the filter accumulated with the bacteria into a culture fluid, so that the bacteria are restricted in the filter to grow, reproduce and metabolize, and the metabolite generated by target bacteria and a substrate in the culture fluid are subjected to specific reaction; and detecting the information of the culture fluid to obtain the information of the target bacteria in the detected sample. The invention also provides a bacterium detection device. The invention has the advantages of accurate detection result and the like, is convenient for sampling, and can eliminate the interference of the coexisting substances.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to sample detection, in particular to a method and device for detecting bacteria in a sample. Background technique [0002] Surface water, ground water, and even rainwater contain many types of bacteria. When the water body is polluted by human and animal feces, domestic sewage or some industrial and agricultural wastewater, the bacteria in the water body will increase significantly. Therefore, the bacteriological examination of water, especially the examination of intestinal bacteria, is of great significance in hygiene. By examining the number of specific types of bacteria in the water, the hygienic quality of the water can be judged. [0003] In the existing methods for the detection of bacteria in water bodies, the large-volume water samples collected on-site are generally brought back to the laboratory for analysis. Since there is a certain time interval from sampling to detection in this method, the following conditions n...
