Abstract

The invention relates to a spring nozzle for differential injection molding, which mainly comprises a nozzle head, a nozzle body, a nozzle gland, a spring, a control valve core and a valve body gland, wherein the control valve core is arranged on a tapered bore of the nozzle body; the control valve core is fastened on the nozzle body by the valve body gland; the control valve core passes through an intermediate hole of the valve body gland; the control valve core is provided with a cylindrical hole along the melt flowing direction of the nozzle body; one end face of the spring is abutted on the nozzle head, and the other end face of the spring is abutted on the end face of the bore of the nozzle body; when the nozzle gland and the nozzle body are connected, pretightening force is applied to the spring. A circular conical surface structure is adopted by the control valve core, thus, good positioning and sealing between the control valve core and the nozzle body is ensured; the control valve core makes controlling the nozzle to be opened and closed become convenient, and thereby, the working number of differential injection nozzles is controlled. The nozzle head and a sprue bush arein close contact by the spring in the nozzle body through the pretightening force of the spring, thus, a function of preventing materials from leaking is achieved. The nozzles can be matched for use,and each nozzle can be used for independent injection molding products.
