Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a heat-sensitive moisture-retaining central line filter stick of a cigarette. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing sodium alginate, methylcellulose and hydroxymethyl cellulose, then adding a bonder in an amount which is 1 to 10 percent based ,on the weight of the mixture to obtain an inclusion, mixing 7-10 parts of humectant and 5-10 parts of inclusion uniformly, and standing for 30 minutes to obtain a micro-capsule prebonded body; adding the micro-capsule prebonded body into a spray dryer, adjusting the spray drying pressure to be between 10 and 20MPa, and performing spray drying to obtain micro-capsule powder; and diluting the micro-capsule powder by 5 to 20 times by using diluents, wherein the obtained mixture is used for performing dip-coating on a central line of a filter stick, drying at the temperature of between 80 and 120 DEG C to obtain a moisture-retaining central line, and molding the prepared heat-sensitive moisture-retaining central line by using a filter stick molding machine to form the central line filter stick. By the method, the steady release of the humectant can be realized, and the heat-sensitive moisture-retaining central line filter stick has long storage time, can improve the aroma concentration and smoking quality of cigarettes, and can be industrially produced easily.
