Embodiment Construction

[0018] In order to make the above-mentioned present invention and other objects, features and advantages more obvious and easy to understand, the following special examples of preferred implementations, together with the accompanying drawings, are further described as follows:

[0019] The preparation method and application of the immunomodulatory peptide of the present invention comprise the following procedures:

[0020] 1. Patients with allergic rhinitis were collected. The patients with allergic rhinitis were defined as the medical history of sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion. Accompanied by exposure to allergens leading to further exacerbation and exacerbation of allergic skin reactions. The patient was tested for dust mite sensitivity using a commercial reagent (Pharmacia, CAP System, Upppsala, Sweden) with a positive skin reaction and with dust mite specific immunoglobulin E. Immunoglobulin E assay and skin assay, both reactions showed positive patients includ...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of an immunomodulatory peptide. The immunomodulatory peptide is a synthetic protein which is formed by a dust mite peptide segment which cannot combine immunoglobulin E to cause an allergic reaction and a fungal immunomodulatory protein. A research result shows that: compared with a control group, a culture medium contains the dust mite peptide segment which cannot cause the allergic reaction and is cultured together with the fungal immunomodulatory protein, so that not only the CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ modulatory T-cells of an allergy patient are increased remarkably, but also the function of inhibiting an immunoreaction is increased. Because the culture medium contains the dust mite peptide segment which cannot cause the allergic reaction and is cultured together with the fungal immunomodulatory protein, the CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ modulatory T-cells of an allergy patient can secrete interleukin-10 and the percentage of beta-type transforming growth factors is increased remarkably. Therefore, the immunomodulatory peptide has the effect of increasing and secreting the modulatory T-cells and can regulate the immunologic function of the allergy patient so as to treat allergy.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a preparation method and application of an immunomodulatory peptide. More specifically, the present invention utilizes a dust mite peptide fragment that does not cause an allergic reaction, and the dust mite peptide fragment does not interact with immunoglobulin E (IgE) Combining with allergic reactions, adding fungal immunomodulatory proteins to strengthen the immune response, this method has a better immunotherapeutic effect than isolated from fungal immunomodulatory proteins or using dust mite peptide fragments alone. Background technique [0002] Allergic bronchitis is one of the most common chronic diseases, usually occurring in children, characterized by the second type of helper T cells (Th2 immune response) induced allergic immune response (von MutiusE., J.Allergy Clin.Immunol.2004; 113:373-379). Because the increased type II helper T cells are related to allergic immune diseases, medical scientists speculate t...
