Problems solved by technology

At present, the coated slow-release and controlled-release fertilizers developed at home and abroad can only make the crops absorb nutrients better, but they are expensive. Therefore, people continue to study new solutions for bio-organic fertilizers and seek new products to improve crop yield and quality.

Abstract

The invention discloses a slow-release lose-control ammonium phosphate compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof (sulfenyl diammonium phosphate) which are designed for solving the problem that the traditional fertilizer is low in use ratio. The compound fertilizer provided by the invention comprises the following components by weight percent: 1-30% of nitrogenous fertilizer, 1-50% of phosphatic fertilizer, 1-40% of sulfate fertilizer, 0.1-1.0% of compound sodium nitrophenolate, 0.1-1.0% of AD-6, 1-40% of organic matter, 1-40% of compound amino acid and 1-50% of humic acid. After the fertilizer is used, the fertilizer efficiency in the early stage is quick, the fertilizer efficiency in the medium stage is stable, and the fertilizer efficiency in the later stage is long-term. By only using the fertilizer as a base fertilizer or seed bed fertilizer for one time before ploughing and sowing, fertilizer nutrients are slowly released into the soil and the fertilizer efficiency can last for months which can meet the demand on nutrient of crops in different growth periods. The compound fertilizer is an environment-friendly fertilizer, is harmless to crops, and can be used for reducing the pollution of a chemical fertilizer on soil and underground water, reducing the content of nitrate in vegetable by 80-90%, and simultaneously increasing the contents of sugar and vitamins in vegetables and fruits.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a loss-controlling ammonium thiophosphate compound fertilizer (diammonium thiophosphate) and a preparation method thereof. Background technique: [0002] The world's chemical fertilizers are developing towards high concentration, compounding, and slow / controlled release, but my country's chemical fertilizer production is still dominated by low concentration and single nutrient elements. At present, most nitrogen fertilizers in my country are mainly amide nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and a small part of nitrate nitrogen, of which amide nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen account for 80% of the total nitrogen in agricultural fertilizers, and their seasonal utilization rate is only 35%. -40%, 15-20% lower than developed countries. The same is true for phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. The utilization rate of fertilization in the current season is only 60-70%, and the remaining fertilizers cannot be fully utilized and absorbed. Fert...
