Abstract

The invention provides a charge pump device which comprises a charge pump, a voltage-stabilizing capacitor and a module, wherein the charge pump precharges the voltage-stabilizing capacitor in a write operation preparation stage; the voltage-stabilizing capacitor is connected with the charge pump through the switchover control module; and the switchover control module controls the connection and disconnection of the voltage-stabilizing capacitor and the charge pump. Correspondingly, the invention also provides a voltage-stabilizing method of the charge pump device, and the charge pump device comprises the charge pump and the voltage-stabilizing capacitor. The voltage-stabilizing method comprises the following steps: precharging the voltage-stabilizing capacitor at the write operation preparation stage; disconnecting the voltage-stabilizing capacitor and the charge pump to promote the voltage of the charge pump when a web signal is at low electrical level; and connecting the voltage-stabilizing capacitor and the charge pump when the voltage of the charge pump is promoted to a reference voltage. The rising time of output voltage and ripple wave phenomenon of the charge pump can be optimized simultaneously, under the condition of not influencing the reduction of ripple wave phenomenon, the rising time can be reduced, thereby improving the integral performance of a storage system.
