Abstract

The invention provides a semiconductor laser module. The semiconductor laser module comprises a semiconductor laser, a drive circuit driving the semiconductor laser, an automatic power control assembly and an optical element which shapes laser emitted by the semiconductor laser, wherein the automatic power control assembly consists of a photodiode, a beam splitter independently arranged in a closed box, a current amplifier, a comparer and a reference signal generator; a feedback signal generated by the photodiode is input to the comparer through the current amplifier, and is compared with a preset reference signal; and direct current bias is adjusted according to the comparison result. The improved automatic power control assembly truly reflects fluctuation of laser output, and improves the effect of automatic power control.
