The surgical tool comprises a figure-8 template, a template clamp and a guide instrument, wherein the guide instrument is provided with an angle adjusting device; the angle adjusting device is provided with an angle adjusting knob, a scale plate and a rotating shaft which are connected with one another through connecting screws; an angle indicating needle is fixed on the angle adjusting knob through a screw; a connected whole is fixed on a connecting block of a double-aperture guide instrument through four screw holes on the scale plate and fixed on a guide sleeve of the double-aperture guide instrument through the connecting block of the double-aperture guide instrument; and a fastening bolt can make the angle adjusting device fixed at a correct position on the guide sleeve. In the angle-adjustable double-aperture guide instrument, an angle is formed between a drilling direction and an epiphysis horizontal plane through the angle adjusting device on the guide sleeve and two guide pore canals with different pore diameters, so that a screw insertion direction is deviated from the epiphysis, epiphyseal arrest effect is achieved and the epiphysis is prevented from being damaged.
