Problems solved by technology

The applicant then repeatedly carried out hatching rate comparison tests under different conditions, and after in-depth research, it was confirmed that during the hatching process of lobster isolated shrimp eggs, saprolegniasis is a very harmful disease that affects the hatching rate of shrimp eggs, and the disease has Strong infectivity, once a shrimp egg gets sick, it will infect other shrimp eggs adjacent to it, resulting in saprolegniasis and death, which leads to a significant reduction in the artificial hatching rate of lobsters

Embodiment Construction

[0018] as the picture shows,

[0019] The isolation hatching inner bed 1 of the present invention is arranged in the composite hatching bed 2, and the isolation hatching inner bed is composed of a multi-layer isolation hatching inner bed sheet 3 stacked up and down in the water body 4, and the isolation hatching inner bed sheet is composed of an upper bed sheet 31 and a lower bed sheet 31. The bed sheet 32 is composed of a single shrimp egg hatching chamber 5 between the upper and lower bed sheets, and the shrimp egg 6 is placed in the single shrimp egg hatching chamber. The bed sheet in the isolation hatch is provided with a fastener 33 which can be connected with the fixed rod 21 set in the compound hatch bed. In addition, the upper and lower bed sheets of the isolation hatch inner bed sheet and the dense water-permeable mesh that the individual shrimp egg hatching chamber is provided with are not shown in the figure.

Abstract

The invention provides a single hatching method of in vitro shrimp eggs of procambarus clarkii and an isolated hatching inner bed thereof. The method comprises the following steps: sterilizing shrimps with eggs, separating parent shrimps from eggs, and hatching the shrimp eggs in the bed, wherein in the process of hatching the shrimp eggs in the bed, under the same hatching conditions, the shrimpeggs are isolated to enable each egg to be positioned in one chamber to be singly hatched. The isolated hatching inner bed of the invention is arranged in a composite hatching bed and is formed by superposing multiple layers of isolated hatching inner bed sheets in a water body from top to bottom, each isolated hatching inner bed sheet comprises an upper bed sheet and a lower bed sheet, and a single shrimp egg hatching chamber is arranged between each upper bed sheet and each lower bed sheet. In the invention, by arranging the single shrimp egg hatching chamber, the shrimp eggs are not in contact mutually, thereby reducing the probability of occurrence of diseases and providing an effective measure for preventing infection and spread of diseases. The isolated hatching inner bed is used for hatching in a three-dimensional way, thereby increasing the hatching quantity of the shrimp eggs. By the test, under the same conditions, the hatching rate of the invention can be improved by about 10-15%.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to a method and a device for artificially hatching Procambarus clarkii eggs, in particular to a method for hatching isolated eggs of Procambarus clarkii alone and an inner bed for isolated hatching. Background technique [0003] Procambarus clarkii (hereinafter referred to as lobster), because of its delicious taste after cooking, is deeply loved by people, and the current market demand is increasing. In order to develop the lobster industry, scientific and technological personnel in the industry have conducted research on the artificial propagation technology of lobsters. According to the biological principles of Procambarus clarkii embryo development, the applicant proposed a method for in vitro cultivation of Procambarus clarkii eggs (applied for an invention patent, application number 200810019234.5), and an artificial hatching device for Procambarus clarkii eggs (applied Patent for utility models, application number...
