Problems solved by technology

After splicing the images projected by each projection unit, there are obvious seams between the screens. Although the current technology has made the seams smaller, it still has a certain impact on the overall picture effect after splicing, and image processing The control IC in the system performs image segmentation processing, and simultaneously transmits the image data to multiple image display panels through multiple sets of RGB signal transmission modules, which increases the design complexity and production cost of the control IC, and at the same time leads to limitations in the selection of the control IC High-performance and highly integrated control IC
Single-projection wide-screen projection, its image display is limited to the screen aspect ratio of 4:3 or 16:9 or 16:10, and the image display ratio is small, which cannot meet the needs of modern people for large screen and wide field of view
Both types of wide-screen projectors have disadvantages such as high cost, large size, and inconvenient portability.

Embodiment 1

[0026] combine figure 1 , figure 2 , Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 , in this embodiment 1, the optical path switching includes a set of mirrors, and an optical switch 2 is installed on each mirror 1 . The optical switch 2 is a mechanical optical switch that relies on the movement of optical elements to change the optical path, or a non-mechanical optical switch that relies on electro-optical effects, magneto-optic effects, acousto-optic effects, or thermo-optic effects to change the refractive index of the waveguide to change the optical path. The number of the mirrors 1 is greater than or equal to the number of small images, and the control signal is an optical switch signal, and the working state of the mirrors 1 is controlled by controlling the working state of the optical switch 2 . The optical switch signal of the first frame makes the first reflector in the working state, that is, it is on the optical path projected by the small image; the second frame of the op...

Embodiment 2

[0034] combine figure 1 , image 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 , in the second embodiment, the optical path switching includes a mirror 3, and a rotating motor 4 is mounted on the mirror 3. The control signal is a rotation angle signal, and the rotation angle signal controls the rotation of the mirror 3 by controlling the rotation of the rotating motor 4 . When the small image of the first frame is transmitted, the rotation angle signal controls the rotating motor 4 to drive the mirror 3 to rotate to a corresponding angle, so that the small image of the first frame is projected to the corresponding position of the screen, and when the small image of the second frame is transmitted , the rotation angle signal controls the rotating motor 4 to drive the reflector 3 to rotate to the corresponding angle again, so that the small image of the second frame is projected to the corresponding position of the screen, and so on, by controlling the rotating motor 4 to drive the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a wide screen projection method by utilizing single projection. The method comprises the following steps: converting image signals of different interfaces into an RGB pixel digital signal, a synchronizing signal and a control signal; subdividing the converted RGB pixel digital signal into N numbered frames of small images, wherein N is a natural number larger than 1; scanning each frame of the subdivided small image, and simultaneously outputting a control signal corresponding to the frame of the small image so as to control light path switchover; respectively transmitting the N numbered frames of the scanned small images to an image display device; utilizing a light source to provide light rays, wherein the light rays irradiates at the image display device after being subject to preprocessing; and after processing each frame of the small image, utilizing the corresponding control signals in the step 003 to control the light path switchover so as to respectively project the small images to the corresponding positions on a screen. The invention adopts a single projection technology to realize wide screen projection; and a control IC used in the invention utilizes a group of RGB signal transmission modules, and coordinates with a group of signals to realize wide screen projection.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a wide-screen projection technology, in particular to a single-projection wide-screen projection technology. 【Background technique】 [0002] In recent years, all fields and industries have attached great importance to informatization construction, and the demand for information visualization has also expanded rapidly. The demand for large-scale, high-definition, and high-resolution seamlessly integrated splicing display systems is increasing day by day. There are two kinds of existing widescreen projection technologies, one adopts multi-projection widescreen projection, and the other is single-projection widescreen projection. Multi-projection widescreen projection generally consists of multiple projection units, each of which includes an illumination optical system, an image display panel and a projection optical system. After splicing the images projected by each projection unit, there are obvious seams between the screens...
