Abstract

The equipment for intelligently massively sending the short message consists of a large server or a server group consisting of a plurality of servers which are connected through a private network, and is provided with six interface units which are respectively connected with a short message service platform, a BOSS, an operation analysis system, a network management system, a signaling monitoring system and a short message center, a data acquisition functional unit, a data storage functional unit and an optimized sequencing operation functional unit in a distributed mode. After acquiring the numbers of all mobile phones subscribing to receive the massively-sent short message and the contents of the massively-sent short message from each network element of a mobile communication network and paging load historical data of each location area code (LAC) and historical data of the LAC whereeach mobile phone subscribing to receive the massively-sent short message is positioned in different time periods every day recently, the equipment carries out statistical prediction and optimized sequencing and sends the sequenced mobile phone numbers to the short message center; and the short message center massively sends the short message according to a sequencing result. Therefore, network congestion caused when a plurality of mobile phones which are positioned in the same LAC are simultaneously paged is avoided.
