Abstract

The invention relates to a composite air cushion type air cylinder buffering energy absorber which comprises an air cylinder, a primary buffering piston body and a universal conducting collision steel ball, wherein the air cylinder is fixed on a collision stress support seat. The rear end of the primary buffering piston body is arranged in the air cylinder, and the front end thereof extends out of the air cylinder. The universal conducting collision steel ball is arranged at the end part of the front end of the primary buffering piston body. Both sides of the primary buffering piston body are respectively provided with a primary piston reset spring. The bottom of the air cylinder is provided with a reset air valve. The primary buffering piston body, the universal conducting collision steel ball and the primary piston reset spring form a stress part, and the air cylinder provided with the reset air valve and the collision stress support seat form a buffering part. By extending the contact time of the rigid mechanical collision, the rigid mechanical collision is converted into flexible speed-reducing and energy-absorbing collision which uses air as a collision interface, thereby reducing the degree of damage cased by the mechanical collision accidents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a buffer energy dissipator, in particular to a composite air cushion type cylinder buffer energy dissipator. Background technique [0002] In people's social life, there are many unavoidable mechanical collisions, which cause huge economic losses to society and human beings every year. In order to reduce the damage caused by the collision, the various existing devices are generally equipped with buffers. However, most of the existing buffers use springs, spring matrix or rubber components. The buffer capacity of this type of buffer is a parameter that has been determined during design and production, and the energy dissipation performance is poor. However, the mechanical collision force that occurs in real life has the characteristics of uncertainty. If the capacity parameter of the buffer is larger, then the mechanical collision with small collision force can be approximated to a rigid collision. If the capacity parameter o...
