Abstract

The invention discloses a construction method of whole reverse replacement of a structure, comprising the following steps: (1) constructing N numbered layers: removing the N+1st layer of original floorslab, and temporarily reserving an original girder, a heel post and an inner wall on the upper layer thereof; (2) building a bent frame to the lower girder bottom of the N+1st layer of the original floorslab, and carrying out construction on an outer wall reinforced layer and the new frame column of the layer; (3) removing the N+1st layer of the original floorslab, erecting form, binding reinforcing steel bars, and pouring the N+1st layer of new frame girder and the floorslab; (4) repeating the above steps, and upwards constructing layer by layer; and (5) after capping the new frame girder, removing the temporarily reserved original heel post and internal wall from top to bottom. The invention can reduce external wall side once unloading amount caused by integral removal of the original structure, shortens the time difference between old structure removal and new structure formation, does not damage the reserved external wall and saves extra timbering cost for the external wall; and old structure removal and new structure construction are carried out simultaneously so as to shorten the construction period.
