Abstract

The invention relates to an electrocardiosignal processing system. The system is based on an FPGA platform and comprises a preprocessing unit, a wavelet transforming unit, a characteristic extracting unit and a signal processing control unit, wherein the preprocessing unit is used for preprocessing a sampled electrocardiosignal; the wavelet transforming unit is used for performing wavelet decomposition on the preprocessed electrocardiosignal by an adaptive lifting method; the characteristic extracting unit is used for positioning the characteristic position of the electrocardiosignal based on the adaptive lifting method; and the signal processing control unit is used for controlling normal operation of the preprocessing unit, the wavelet transforming unit and the characteristic extracting unit. The characteristic extracting method has high correctness, higher anti-jamming capability and low operation amount. The electrocardiosignal is processed based on the FPGA platform, so real-time signal processing capability can be effectively improved and the defect in the aspect of electrocardiosignal analyzing and processing due to the performance limit of a processor in a conventional electrocardiosignal processing system is overcome. Simultaneously, the system can also meet the requirements of a portable medical apparatus on the integration degree increment, power consumption reduction, system miniaturization and the like.
