The self-starting serial boot program loading module is respectively connected with an input end I of the two-way multiplexer and the CPU and is connected with the exterior SPI interface storage by the standard SPI protocol interface; the input end I of the two-way multiplexer is connected with the CPU while the output end thereof is connected with a RAM; and the self-starting serial boot program loading module comprises a self-starting loading circuit, a work mode switch circuit and an SPI major mode circuit. After being electrified, the self-starting serial boot program loading module directly reads an algorithm routine in the exterior storage and rapidly loads in the inner program storage.
