Abstract

The invention relates to a device for controlling deformation of a vacuum tube in sandmat-free vacuum preloading overconsolidation soft soil, comprising a plastic woven fabric (6), a plastic drain board (1), branch pipes (2), main pipes (3), a geotextile (7) and a PVC geomembrane (8), wherein the plastic drain board is connected with the branch pipe (2) which is connected with the main pipe (3); the geotextile (7) covers the branch pipe (2); and the PVC geomembrane (8) covers on the geotextile (7). The invention is characterized in that: a. drain blind ditches (4) are arranged at two sides of the branch pipe (2) and the main pipe (3); b. tri-dimensional geonets are arranged between the branch pipes (2), between the branch pipes (2) and the main pipes (3), and between the main pipes (3); and c. a continuous supporting frame penetrates into the branch pipes (2) and the main pipes (3), the section of the supporting frame is cross-shaped, and each blade of the supporting frame (9) is distributed with water-gas balance holes (10) along the length direction thereof. The device in the invention can ensure drainage and aeration capability of the vacuum system and eliminate vacuum blind spots under membrane.
