Embodiment 1

[0016] Weigh 1 kg of geranium powder with a crushed particle size of 2-8 mm and place it in an ultrasonic cycle extractor, add 12 L of 20% ethanol, use an ultrasonic power of 500 W, and the interval ultrasonic time ratio is 0.6: 1.5, ultrasonically extracted at room temperature for 1 h, and filtered. 4% hot gelatin solution was added to the extract, stirred until no more precipitation occurred, left standing, centrifuged, and the supernatant was discarded to obtain the precipitation. Add 50% acetone solution to the precipitation, heat and stir at 50°C until the precipitation is completely dissolved, take a water bath at 30°C for 30 minutes, remove the gelatin by filtration, and concentrate the filtrate under reduced pressure to a relative density of 1.11 (60°C) to obtain a preliminary purified solution; HPD- 100 macroporous adsorption resin wet packing, adding preliminary purification solution, followed by 2 column volumes of distilled water, 1 column volume of 15% ethanol, 2 c...

Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction and purification method of tannin components in Geranium wilfordii, which adopts the overground part of the Geranium wilfordii as a raw material. The process flowmainly comprises three parts: ethanol ultrasonic circulating extraction, primary purification by a glutin precipitation method and macroporous absorbent resin purification. The extraction and purification method determines the ultrasonic circulating extraction condition of the tannin in the Geranium wilfordii, the separation condition of the tannin and the glutin and the purification condition ofmacroporous absorbent resin HPD-100. The tannin is a polyhydric phenol compound and unstable to the temperature. The novel process methods are operated below 50 DEG C and avoid the change of chemicalstructures of the tannin components in the conventional hot reflux extraction process caused by high-temperature heating, so the method can obtain the tannin with higher purification and the contentof the tannin in the product is higher than 50 percent; in addition, the process method has little extracted solvent, short extraction period, safety and low cost, can repeatedly use resin and is suitable for industrial production. The invention lays a foundation for in-depth research on the chemical components and the pharmacology activity of the tannin components and pharmaceutical preparation of the Geranium wilfordii.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting and purifying traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a process for extracting and purifying tannin components from the aerial parts of traditional Chinese medicine Geranium and Geranium. Background technique [0002] Chinese Pharmacopoeia contains medicinal materials Geranium from Erodium stephanianum Wild., Geranium wilfordii Maxim. or Wild Geranium (Erodium stephanianum Wild.) Dried aerial parts of G. carolinianum L.). There are many varieties of Geranium in my country, which are widely distributed and rich in resources. In addition to the above varieties, there are many Geranium species that are used as geranium herbal medicine. Geranium has the functions of dispelling rheumatism, clearing the meridians, and relieving diarrhea and dysentery. It is mainly used in clinical treatment of rheumatic arthralgia, numbness, dysentery, carbuncle, enteritis, cold, herpetic keratitis and other diseases....
