Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting protein peptide from the membranes of fowl eggshells. The technical scheme of the method comprises the following steps: pulverizing eggshells in a superfine way; regulating the pH value to 3-5 by using organic acid as a solvent and preparing eggshell suspension; separating out nonprotein components in the eggshells; regulating eggshell protein afterbeing separated by deionized water, regulating the pH value to 5-9 by alkali, adding an enzyme preparation, heating and stirring; then adding peptidase, stirring, afterwards separating by centrifugation and removing material residues so as to obtain a small-peptide nutrient solution; and carrying out concentrating evaporation at 50-60 DEG C, drying and obtaining a small-peptide product. The invention has simple technique and strong operability, and the content of small peptide prepared by the invention is as high as more than 50%.
