Abstract

The invention discloses a white metal hot spraying mark coating and a production method thereof. The invention aims to provide a mark coating adapting to metal hot spraying which can be widely used in coil steel production enterprises and ensure that a cured paint film formed by the coating meets the performance requirements of good heat resistance, friction resistance, excellent attachment and obvious marks. The coating is prepared from the following components in portion by weight: 50 to 60 portions of epoxy modified organic silicon resin, 30 to 40 portions of titanium pigment, 0.5 to 1 portion of dispersant, 0.2 to 0.4 portion of defoaming agent, and 30 to 40 portions of high boiling point organic diluent. The solid content of the coating is over 30 percent. Due to the reasonable proportioning of the components, it is possible, by using the coating, to spray the marks on coil steel materials at a temperature of 400 DEG C and ensure that the cured paint film formed by the coating meets the requirements of good heat resistance, excellent attachment, water resistance and gasoline wiping resistance.
