Embodiment 1

[0027] Pre-soaking process: concentration: 5% (mass fraction), temperature: 25°C, time: 4 hours. The beating pulp concentration is 2% (mass fraction), the beating pressure is 2 kg, the beating is 30 min, and the pulp is left to settle, washed with water, and then left to settle, and the supernatant is removed to obtain a paste-like para-aramid polymer slurry. The properties of the product slurry are: volume average particle diameter 47.8 μm, mass average particle diameter 14.1 μm, solid content 46% (mass fraction).

Embodiment 2

[0029] Pre-soaking process: concentration: 5% (mass fraction), temperature: 25°C, time: 4 hours. The beating pulp has a concentration of 6% (mass fraction), and beating for 180 minutes under the condition of a beating pressure of 10 kg. Standing for precipitation, washing with water, standing for precipitation again, and removing the supernatant to obtain paste para-aramid polymer slurry. The properties of the product slurry are: volume average particle diameter 44.3 μm, mass average particle diameter 9.9 μm, solid content 40% (mass fraction).

Embodiment 3

[0031] Prepreg process: concentration: 5% (mass fraction), temperature: 20°C, time: 6 hours. The beating pulp concentration is 3%, the beating pressure is 10kg, and the beating time is 90min. Standing for precipitation, washing with water, standing for precipitation again, and removing the supernatant to obtain paste para-aramid polymer slurry. The properties of the product slurry are: the volume average particle diameter is 48.0 μm, the mass average particle diameter is 17.0 μm, and the solid content is 38% (mass fraction).

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of aramid fiber powdery pulp for papermaking filling and an application thereof in papermaking. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the waste materials of p-aramid fiber polymer with water to form waste material-water suspension for soaking, wherein the consistency is 1 to 10 percent, the temperature is 15 to 40 DEG C and the time is 4 to 24 hours; (2) pulping the suspension by a Hollander to prepare aramid fiber powdery pulp for papermaking filling, wherein the pulping consistency is 0.5 to 10 percent, the pressure is 2 to 20 kg and the time is 1 to 10 hours; and (3) depositing, washing and re-depositing the pulp processed in step (2) to remove supernatant liquor so as to obtain pasty p-aramid fiber polymer pulp. The pasty aramid fiber powdery pulp for papermaking filling is added into papermaking pulp to reduce the production cost of aramid fiber paper or prepare special paper with heat-resistant and wear-resistant properties. With the advantages of simple operation and low cost, the invention is good for the comprehensive utilization and the resource conversion of the waste materials of aramid fiber polymers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application field of para-aramid fiber polymerization waste, in particular to a preparation method of aramid powder slurry for papermaking filling and its application in papermaking. Background technique [0002] Para-aramid (PPTA) is a high-performance fiber variety developed by DuPont in the United States in the 1970s: it can not only be used as various structural materials and functional materials, but also can be used in combination with other materials. , national defense, friction, sealing, reinforced materials and other fields are widely used. At present, the production technology of para-aramid is mainly monopolized by multinational companies such as DuPont of the United States and Teijin of Japan. my country mainly relies on imports and needs a large amount of foreign exchange every year. In 2006, the annual import volume exceeded 3,500 tons, worth about 1.4 billion yuan. With the rapid development of our country'...
