The apparatus comprises a control module, an externally-connected detection module, a music playing module, a music listening module, a colored light module, a current stimulating module, a high-voltage field effect module and a music somatosensory vibrator sub-module. The apparatus has selectable functions on controlling sleeping state, preventing sudden death in dream, and controlling sleeping state and synchronously preventing sudden death in dream. Sleeping state can be controlled through heart rate feedback control or brainwave feedback control singly.
