Abstract

In the invention, the PeDREB2a gene is established into a plant high-efficiency expression carrier p2MDK-PeDREB2a; agrobacterium is utilized to carry out mediate transformation for tobaccos; positive seedlings are selected and identified by Kan resistance and genomes PCR and RT-PCR; the reverse resistance analysis of transgenic tobacco seedlings, such as drought, high salt, low temperature, and the like are carried out; and the correlative physiological-biochemical indexes of the transgenic tobacco seedlings are measured.
