By utilizing the electromagnetic theory, the underwater explosive perforation bullet is absorbed on a hull part needing perforation, then the bullet is pushed by the powerful pressure generated by dynamite exploitation to impact an armor plate of the hull, thereby a hole with the same diameter with the bullet is drilled on the hull. The underwater explosive perforation bullet can conveniently, rapidly and easily drill the needed hole on the submerged armor plate hull.
