Abstract

A blowing fan (31) is disposed in the body portion (2) and is rotationally driven to generate a main air flow (F1) in the main air passage from the inlet port (13, 14) to the outlet port (12) and a bypass air flow (F2) in the bypass air passage from the space on the side of the outlet port (12) to the space on the side of the inlet port (13, 14).
