Problems solved by technology

The physical repair method mainly has the disadvantages of high processing costs and incomplete repair
Although microbial and phytoremediation methods have the advantages of simple operation, low operating costs, and no secondary pollution, they will be affected by local environmental geological conditions and climatic factors in the actual application process, and these influencing factors are difficult to control manually , while the repair period is longer
In the chemical method, some scholars at home and abroad use organic solvents (such as ethanol, n-hexane, methylene chloride, chloroform, acetone) and surfactants to elute PCBs in soil, but there will be problems such as secondary pollution.

Embodiment 1

[0027] A methyl-β-cyclodextrin solution with a mass concentration of 60 g / L was prepared. Weigh 200 g of tetrachlorobiphenyl-contaminated soil and add 500 ml of methyl β-cyclodextrin solution. Then treat it for 36 hours in a rotary shaker with a rotating speed of 10-20r / min. Finally, the soil mixture is separated for 10 minutes in a centrifuge with a rotating speed of 3000-4000 r / min to obtain the treated soil and the cyclodextrin eluate containing tetrachlorobiphenyl. The above-mentioned contaminated soil before and after treatment was extracted and measured for tetrachlorobiphenyl, and the results showed that the concentration of tetrachlorobiphenyl in the soil was reduced from 45.2 mg / kg before treatment to 11.6 mg / kg after treatment, and the removal rate was 74.3 mg / kg. %. Add 2.25 g of Fe(ClO 4 ) 2 , then the pH of the solution was adjusted to 3.0 with perchloric acid, and 10 mM H was added over a period of 15 min using a peristaltic pump. 2 o 2 Solution 1.5ml. Abstract

The invention discloses a method for degrading polychlorobiphenyl in soil by cyclodextrin elution / Fenton oxidation, belonging to the technical field of chemical treatment of polluted soil. Soil polluted by polychlorobiphenyl is air dried, crushed and screened, and is then mixed with cyclodextrin solution; the mixture is treated in a rotational vibrator for 24-48h and is then separated in a centrifuge; wherein, mass ratio of water to cyclodextrin is 100: (3-12) and mass ratio of soil to cyclodextrin solution is 1:(1-5);. The separated cyclodextrin eluent containing polychlorobiphenyl is then added with Fe(CIO4)2 and pH value of the cyclodextrin eluent is then adjusted by perchloric acid to 2.5-3.5. A peristaltic pump is used to totally add a certain volume of H2O2 solution with molar concentration of 10mM into the cyclodextrin eluent within 15 minutes; and the cyclodextrin eluent is stirred continuously to keep a completely mixed status; wherein, mass ratio of Fe(CIO4)2 to cyclodextrin eluent is 1:200 and mass ratio of H2O2 solution to cyclodextrin eluent is 1:300. The method has the advantages that the method has simple and convenient operation, high speed and high efficiency; furthermore, the method causes no secondary pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical treatment of polluted soil, and in particular relates to a method for degrading polychlorinated biphenyls in soil by cyclodextrin elution / Fenton oxidation. Background technique [0002] Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) are a class of persistent organic pollutants with teratogenic, carcinogenic, and mutagenic effects. They are widely distributed in the environment and have biodegradability, which has attracted widespread attention. It poses a great threat to environmental safety and human health. Due to the low solubility of polychlorinated biphenyls in water and the high octanol / water partition coefficient, they are easily absorbed and enriched by organic matter in soil or sediments. In recent years, polychlorinated biphenyls have continuously increased soil pollution. 99% of the total content of PCBs in the environment is retained in the soil, so the control and remediation of PCBs in soil has ...
