The horn comprises two horns with different power and a control device, wherein the control device consists of a microphone, an amplifier, a voltage comparator, and an output stage, the microphone is arranged on the surface of a carriage of an automobile, is used for acquiring the environmental noise, and is connected with the input end of the amplifier, the output end of the amplifier is connected the comparison input end of the voltage comparator, a relay used as the output stage is connected with the output end of the voltage comparator, and a normally open contact and a normally closed contact of the relay which are used as the normally open output end and the normally closed output end are connected with the two horns respectively. When the environment is noisy, the control device selects the high power horn to work to be favorable to the safety of the driving; when the environment is quiet, the low power horn is selected to work, which reduces noise pollution to a great extent on the premise of assuring the safety of the driving, and is favorable for environmental protection.
