Abstract

The invention discloses a method for the end-to-end QoS application, comprises: the universal opening interface system receives the QoS application sent from the application server, and generates a QoS request that sending to the policy and charging control PCC system; the universal opening interface system sends the generated QoS request to the PCC system, and receives a QoS distribution result sent by the PCC system. The invention also discloses a system for the end-to-end quality of service QoS application. According to the usage of the embodiments of the invention, the PCC system opens a dynamic QoS interface for the universal opening interface system, and realizes that the dynamic QoS capabilities of the WiMAX system open functions for the third party application via the USI interface.
