Embodiment 1

[0021] Embodiment 1 Preparation of Patchouli Essential Oil Slow Release Natural Pesticide

[0022] Take patchouli essential oil with a purity of 98.0%, uniformly disperse it in 16.0% dodecylphenol polyoxyethylene ether at a ratio of 0.10%, and mix it with 2.0% dodecylphenol polyoxyethylene ether at 38°C, 800r / min, and 12min under stirring In the sodium alginate solution, freeze-dry at 10° C., and pulverize to obtain patchouli essential oil particles with an average particle diameter of less than 0.3 mm and a water content of less than 3.5%.

Embodiment 2

[0023] Embodiment 2 Preparation of Patchouli Essential Oil Slow Release Natural Pesticide

[0024] Take patchouli essential oil with a purity of 98.0%, uniformly disperse it in 10.0% calcium dodecylsulfonate at a ratio of 0.25%, and mix it with 2.0% seaweed sodium nitrate and carboxymethyl cellulose in a mass mixing ratio of 3:1, vacuum-dried at 45° C., and pulverized to obtain patchouli essential oil particles with an average particle size of less than 0.3 mm and a water content of less than 3.0%.

Embodiment 3

[0025] Example 3 Preparation of Patchouli Essential Oil Slow Release Natural Pesticide

[0026] Take patchouli essential oil with a purity of 98.0%, uniformly disperse it in 1.0% tristyrylphenol polyoxyethyl ether at a ratio of 0.30%, and mix it in 1.0% tristyrylphenol polyoxyethyl ether at 40°C, 1000r / min, 10min under stirring In a solution composed of sodium alginate and β-cyclodextrin in a mass mixing ratio of 1:4, spray-dry at 95°C to obtain patchouli essential oil particles with an average particle size of less than 0.3mm and a water content of less than 3.2%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a slow release natural pesticide, consisting of patchouli essential oil, an emulsifying agent and a slow release formulation; wherein, the emulsifying agent is non-ionic surfactant, the slow release formulation is alginate, cellulose or cyclodextrin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 0.1 percent to 7.0 percent of patchouli essential oil is dispersed into the non-ionic surfactant, and the obtained mixture is mixed with the alginate, cyclodextrin or cellulose, then the mixture is dried and granulated; the preferable condition is that 0.25 percent to 4.00 percent of patchouli essential oil is dispersed into 4.0 percent to 10.0 percent of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, the obtained mixture is mixed and stirred with sodium alginate or Beta-cyclodextrin or carboxymethyl cellulose for 5 to 20min at the temperature of 10 to 100 DEG C and with the speed being 500 to 2,000r / min, then the mixture is dried and granulated. The slow release natural pesticide has the advantages of single object organism, safe non-target organism, high activity, no residue and easy degradation, and is applicable to long and effective prevention of crop diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a slow-release natural insecticide, in particular to a slow-release natural plant insecticide for the control of crop diseases and insect pests, and a preparation method thereof, belonging to plant pesticides. technical background [0002] my country is the world's largest producer of pesticides, and the use of chemical pesticides to control crop diseases, insect pests and weeds is a necessary condition for modern large-scale agricultural commodity agriculture. However, while chemical pesticides are widely used, they also bring more and more serious problems such as pollution, residual poison and drug resistance, which have attracted the attention of the society. Many countries have devoted considerable efforts to the development of new pesticides. With the prohibition of the use of many highly toxic, high residue and persistent pesticides, people are turning their attention to pesticides that are highly active to harmful orga...
