Abstract

The process mainly comprises two phases, namely the construction of an L-shaped gasification furnace, and gasification production. A straight line furnace is formed by holes from No.1 to No.6 which are made through directional drilling, another straight line furnace is formed by holes from No.5 to No.9 which are penetrated through fire power, and the two furnaces form the L-shaped furnace. After the penetration, a hole No.5 is ignited, and gasification passages from No.1 to No.5 are formed as an outlet row in a mode of fire power hole expansion. Gasification passages from No.5 to No.9 are formed as a gasification row in a mode of fire power penetration. When the gasification fails to meet the requirements, additional holes are increased for expansion. The process can shorten the construction period, protect the holes, and benefits the stability of underground gasification.
