Embodiment 1

[0078] Example 1 see figure 1 , Figure 21 and Figure 22 As shown, the use units are composed of exterior walls, interior partition walls and floor slabs. Each use unit has a living room 1, a bedroom 3, a bathroom 4 and a kitchen 5. Each floor use unit has a stairwell 7. It is characterized in that: the combination The building structure is composed of masonry structure and reinforced concrete cylinder structure. The toilet maintenance wall of each unit is a concrete cylinder 10, and the rest of the walls are masonry walls 9, and the floor is built on the wall. The floor adopts prefabricated concrete floor 18 or cast-in-place concrete floor 19. When using precast concrete floor 18, a ring beam 16 is set at the top of the wall to ensure structural integrity.

Embodiment 2

[0079] Example 2 see figure 2 As shown, the difference from Embodiment 1 is that the living room maintenance wall of each use unit is a concrete cylinder 10 , and the rest of the walls are masonry walls 9 .

Embodiment 3

[0080] Embodiment 3 see image 3 As shown, the difference from Embodiment 1 is that the stairwell maintenance wall and the bedroom maintenance wall of each floor use unit are concrete cylinders 10, and the remaining walls are masonry walls 9.

Abstract

A brick-reinforced concrete tube structure and a construction method thereof are disclosed. The combined building structure is composed of two main parts, including a brick body structure and a reinforced concrete tube body structure. One part of the wall body of the use unit of each floor is built by bricks and the other part makes up at least one reinforced concrete tube body. Openings are arranged on the reinforced concrete tube body. The reinforced concrete tube body and the brick wall body are connected at the top parts through a floor. The brick-reinforced concrete tube structure can effectively strengthen the anti-seismic performance of the brick body structure. Meanwhile, with good anti-seismic performance and safe structure, the brick-reinforced concrete tube structure can be used as a shelter in the nearest at the time of disaster, and even in the case that the whole structure collapses, the brick-reinforced concrete body structure can still maintain a relatively integral structure and a large living space, which is good for external fast rescue. The brick -reinforced concrete tube structure is low in fabrication cost and is widely applicable in house construction in earthquake-prone areas.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a building structure, in particular to a combined building structure for building engineering. (2) Background technology [0002] Earthquake is the rapid vibration of the earth's crust. Like wind and rain, it is a natural phenomenon that often occurs on the earth. At the same time, earthquake is also the king of killers among natural disasters, and it is a major disaster that human beings must face. The number of deaths caused by earthquakes in China accounts for 54% of all natural disasters in China, including floods, forest fires, mudslides, and landslides. On May 12, 2008, the Wenchuan earthquake occurred in China, with a magnitude of 8. A total of 90,000 people died and disappeared. The damage it causes and the secondary disasters caused by the earthquake often cause huge losses to people's lives and properties and the national economy. The seismic resistance of residential buildings to protect people's lives and prope...
