The method has the advantages that: the dimension of the ring part is stable; the surface hardness of the bearing reaches over HV2500; the dry friction coefficient is reduced to between 0.1 and 0.2; the abrasion resistance is improved by 200 percent; and the fatigue life of the bearing is over 4 times of that of a general heat treatment bearing after an experiment of intensify lifespan.
