Abstract

The invention discloses an extraction method for extracting flavone from eucalyptus and bamboo which comprises the steps: (1) extractive is extracted from the eucalyptus and the bamboo by a solvent method and solvent is reclaimed by evaporating, by means of which the extractive of the eucalyptus and the bamboo is obtained; (2) the extractive of the eucalyptus and the bamboo is dissolved in methanol under 0-60 DEG C to obtain the extractive methanol solution; (3) neutral lead acetate solution is added in the extractive methanol solution and the mixed liquid is filtered to obtain filtered solution; then alkaline lead acetate solution is added in the filtrate and the mixed liquid is filtered to obtain a precipitate which then is dissolved in ethanol so as to obtain the ethanol solution; (4) sulfate or potassium sulfate or the mixture of the sodium sulfate and the potassium sulfate is added in the ethanol solution and the mixed liquid is filtered; the filtrate is evaporated in vacuum under 5-100 DEG C and 0-0.99MPa and the solvent is reclaimed to obtain the solid matter; (5) the solid matter is dissolved in the ethanol solution and then the filtrate is obtained; the final obtained solid matter evaporated in vacuum under 5-100 DEG C and 0-0.99MPa with the solvent reclaimed is the flavone of the eucalyptus and the bamboo. The extraction method has simple process, easy operation, good controllability and low cost and is suitable for industrialization, thus having broad application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an extraction method for preparing flavonoids from eucalyptus and bamboo. Background technique [0002] Since epidemiological studies reported that there was a negative correlation between flavonoid intake and mortality caused by myocardial infarction and coronary heart disease, research on the biological activity of plant-derived flavonoid compounds has suddenly become a hot research focus. In the past ten years, the literature reports on flavonoids have increased almost exponentially, and there are currently thousands of relevant literatures per year. [0003] A large number of studies have shown that flavonoids not only have antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and vasodilation effects, but also inhibit lipid peroxidation (LPO), platelet aggregation and a large number of enzymes (including cyclooxygenase and lipooxygenase). Synthase) activity, and improve capillary permeability and fragility. Most of ...
