Problems solved by technology

This means that each additional function of the machine control has serious consequences in terms of the required adaptation, since the complexity increases disproportionately due to the many dependencies
i.e. adding undesired complexity in addition to the effective complexity of the new functionality
[0007] The second problem is to adjust the time
[0015] 3. Each input that may cause disturbance, such as the input of invalid rated values (such as pressure, speed, temperature, etc.), is rejected by the control device in advance
[0021] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to find a solution that allows full utilization of the flexibility and provides an easy-to-learn operation of the configuration and parameterization of machines, in particular of machine tool processes, and that avoids problems of undesired complexity

Embodiment Construction

[0152] Refer to Figure 1 below. Current practice points out that in the control software of die-casting machine tools, for example, professional and software-technical problems always arise one after the other. This inevitably leads to increased software complexity. For the transformation of professional and technical requirements, the new solution proposes a consistent separation with the help of Domain Specific Language (DSL) (Figure 1, bottom right). The lower left of Figure 1 shows a domain-driven design without a DSL. The thick lines represent complete mutual coverage of the two problem areas without DSL. The result is not only increased complexity, but especially more work for each program change that is made later on. Domain-driven design based on a domain-specific language offers the great advantage that technical aspects can be treated and resolved separately from professional requirements. This makes professional programming

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling a production cell for producing plastic injection-moulded parts, according to which the production cycle is defined and parameterised by the user. The invention is based on a component-oriented control system. Components can be, for example, the mould closure, the injection unit, the core puller, the handling appliances etc., which are virtually formed in the control system. According to the invention, machine cycles are designed, managed and run on the basis of behaviourally complete components, together forming a domain model, by means of a specialised domain language. In this way, an injection-moulding machine can be used and operated in a universal and simple manner. The components appear on the display screen or operating surface and are used by the user as the basis for the modelling of any cycles. Furthermore, a domain language is used for each problem area in the control system, in order to describe solutions and to automatically generate the program code therefrom.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for controlling and operating a production cell for producing plastic injection-cast parts, including at least one part of a peripheral device assigned to the production cell, wherein a production sequence is predetermined and parameterized by a user. The invention also relates to a device for controlling and operating a production unit for the production of plastic die-cast parts using a die-casting machine tool, the device comprising a computer and a memory device, wherein the production sequence can be predetermined by the user on the operating device. Background technique [0002] Unlike conventional machine tools, there is no workpiece to be machined in plastic die casting. The workpiece must be produced cyclically from a liquid melt in the die-casting tool. Die casting machine tools have a large number of axes as a second distinguishing feature. The die-casting mold is located in the center, which in the simple...
