Abstract

This invention discloses a method for separating and purifying polysaccharides from Paecilomyces cicadae. The method comprises: extracting polysaccharides from Paecilomyces cicadae by water extraction and alcohol precipitation, purifying by anion exchange column chromatography and gel filtration chromatography, and freeze-drying the extract in vacuum to obtain polysaccharides from Paecilomyces cicadae. The method can retain the bioactivity of natural polysaccharides without influence on the structure, and has low requirement for apparatus and environment.
