It is produced by melt extrusion granulation at 190-210DEG C with 100 quality copies polypropylene, 0.1-0.8 quality copies rosin based resin acids, 0.1-0.8 quality copies higher fatty acid and 0.1-0.3 quality copies oxidation inhibitor. The required nucleater is generated by reaction in situ with rosin based resin acids and higher fatty acid in processing. This method is low cost, easy to implement, no pollution, produced preparation is high transparent and high gloss, tensile strength and rigidity is elevated, and can't cause preparation abnormal flavour and xanthochromia.
