Embodiment

[0014] Preparation method: First, PbO, ZrO with a purity of more than 99% 2 ,TiO 2 , ZnO and Nb 2 o 5 Weigh according to the stoichiometric ratio of the above expression, grind and mix with a mortar, and pre-calcine in the atmosphere at 800° C. for 1 hour to synthesize powder. After the powder is loaded into a cylindrical graphite mold, a dense ceramic sintered body is obtained by sintering in a vacuum at 900°C using a spark plasma sintering system, and the sintered body is heat-treated at 900°C in air for 1 hour to obtain a cylindrical transparent pyroelectric ceramic .

Abstract

The present invention discloses transparent pyroelectric ceramic in the expression of (1+y)PbO.0.90ZrO2.0.025TiO2.0.025ZnO.0.025Nb2O5, where, y is 0-0.15. The transparent pyroelectric ceramic is prepared with PbO, ZrO2, TiO2, ZnO and Nb2O5 in the stoichoimetric ratio and through a discharging plasma sintering process, which includes the steps of grinding and mixing the materials, pre-baking in atmosphere at 800 deg.c for 1-3 hr to obtain powder, filling the powder into graphite mold, vacuum sintering in a discharging plasma sintering system at 800-1000 deg.c to obtain dense ceramic sintering body, and heat treatment in the air at 800-1200 deg.c for 1-3 hr. The transparent pyroelectric ceramic of the present invention has excellent pyroelectric performance and high light transmittance, and may be used in photoelectronic device and thermal photoelectronic device in the electronic industry field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a transparent pyroelectric ceramic used for components such as photothermoelectric devices and pyroelectric detectors in the electronic industry and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Pyroelectric ceramics are widely used in devices such as infrared detectors, thermal imaging systems and direct conversion of thermoelectric energy; while transparent electronic ceramics are widely used in optoelectronic devices. In recent years, the development of novel photothermoelectric devices has drawn more and more attention to transparent pyroelectric ceramics. However, there are few such materials that have been developed so far, and it is difficult to meet the needs of practical applications. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new transparent pyroelectric ceramic with good pyroelectric performance and good light transmittance and its preparation method for t...
