The invention also discloses the method for making the zinc materials that comprises the steps of: a. preparing Zn-Mg-Al-Ti alloy; b. heating and melting said alloy on flame furnace, mixing and deslagging; c. adding middle alloy elements; d. sampling and analyzing each index; e. if meeting requirement, exploiting wheeled casting method, using two roll devices drawing winding; installing acceptable windings on the punched products; g. producing zinc belt to meet requirement.
