Abstract

A fecund diesel fuel catalytic cracking auxiliary catalyst and its preparation method. The main component material of the auxiliary catalyst is kaolin spray micro balloons, which are calcined at the high temperature of 900DEG C, then the auxiliary catalyst is extracted to form the hole by the strange alkali such as NaOH, at last the phosphate and rare earth are loaded. This auxiliary catalyst doesn't contain any component of zeolite, and the NaCl is lower than 0.6 %, at the same time the phosphate and oxide rare earth is 1-3.5% and 1-5% according to the percent of weight. The addition of this auxiliary catalyst can increase the productive rate of the diesel fuel in FCC catalytic device, and improve the distribution of the product, increase the utilization of the existing catalyst without change of the catalyst used in the original oil refining device. Otherwise the preparation technology of auxiliary catalyst is simple, and the cost is low.
