Benefits of technology

The patent describes a way to make a communication device that can suppress the user's activity from being affected and the battery's consumption from being unnecessary. This means that the device can always have a sufficient battery capacity without being heavy or bulky.

Problems solved by technology

Since a wearable terminal is used by being attached to part of the body of the user such as the user's arm or head, however, when a notification by a sound or vibration is transmitted to the wearable terminal, the user may react hypersensitive to the notification.
That is, the technology disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2015-41829 is problematic in that since a notification by a sound or vibration is transmitted to the wearable terminal, the activity of the user is impaired.
Under the present circumstances, the inability of mounting a battery with a sufficient capacity is a tradeoff for making the wearable terminal compact and lightweight.
Therefore, the notification that impairs the activity of the user is not necessary and further has the problem that the battery is consumed unnecessarily.

embodiment

[0050]Entire Structure

[0051]First, the entire structure of a communication system 1 in this embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 illustrates an example of the entire structure of a communication system in this embodiment. FIG. 2 illustrates an example of the entire structure of another communication system in an embodiment.

[0052]The communication system 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 has a communication terminal 10 and a wearable terminal 11. The communication system 1 may be a communication system 1A illustrated in FIG. 2. That is, the communication terminal 10 may be capable of communicating with an external server 15, as in the communication system 1A. The external server 15 may be included or may not be included in the communication system 1A.

[0053]FIGS. 1 and 2 each illustrate an example in which a wearable terminal 11 is attached to an arm 12 of a user as a band-type (wristwatch-type) device.

[0054]The wearable terminal 11, which is a device attachable to part of the body of the user,...

Abstract

A method includes controlling a communication terminal, which is connected to a wearable terminal via a network, to notify notification information that includes push notification to a user, without transmitting the notification information to the wearable terminal when both the communication terminal and the wearable terminal are in use, and transmitting the notification information to the wearable terminal when the communication terminal is not in use and the wearable terminal is in use.

Description

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION[0001]This application is a continuation application of U.S. application Ser. No. 15 / 209,857, filed Jul. 14, 2016, which claims priority to Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-174698, filed Sep. 4, 2015, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.BACKGROUND1. Technical Field[0002]The present disclosure relates to a control method, a communication terminal, a communication system, and a non-transitory recording medium.2. Description of the Related Art[0003]There is a known wearable terminal that is attachable to part of the body of a user such as the user's arm or head. This type of wearable terminal has a communication function, so it can communicate with a communication terminal such as a smartphone.[0004]Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2015-41829, for example, discloses a technology by which a user can use a wearable terminal attached to the user to transmit and receive a message through an inform...
