The system monitors social media for potential customers seeking product and service buying advice. When the system determines that a potential customer is searching for a product or service it has to offer, the system sends them a dynamically generated message about the product or service, based on their interests and previous interactions with the system. The message includes pertinent details of the product or service offer and also provides a way for the potential customer to immediately make a purchase. Optionally, the system also provides a means for the user to send a manually entered message.
