Abstract

The invention relates to an oven or grill burner composed of a flat body delimiting an inner chamber and having fastening protrusions, wherein fastening members are composed of at least a tab made of one piece with a flat body wall or walls. In one embodiment, the burner of the present invention includes mountings for fastening a thermocouple and / or igniter and / or a venturi tube that supplies an air and gas mixture, all included as integral members of the burner. The burner of the present invention is shaped such to increase the even distribution of the air / gas mixture to outlet holes and further includes such constructive characteristics that provide for a reduction in the thickness of the metal sheet used for making the burner without compromising burner strength.
