Nucleoside Phosphoramidites for Oligonucleotide Synthesis Deoxy and 2′-alkoxy amidites

Abstract

Antisense compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the expression of polo-like kinase. The compositions comprise antisense compounds, particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids encoding polo-like kinase. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of polo-like kinase expression and for treatment of diseases associated with expression of polo-like kinase are provided.

INTRODUCTION [0001] This application is a continuation of U.S. Ser. No. 10 / 209,405 filed Jul. 30, 2002 which is herein incorporated by reference in its entirety.FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0002] The present invention provides compositions and methods for modulating the expression of polo-like kinase. In particular, this invention relates to compounds, particularly oligonucleotides, specifically hybridizable with nucleic acids encoding polo-like kinase. Such compounds have been shown to modulate the expression of polo-like kinase.
