An intelligent generating system of measurement program comprises a program code generating module for recording information when workpiece is measured by measurement machine manually and for generating program code as per information then storing it in program file, a compiling module for storing compiled program into a command set, a judgment module for judging all operations are done correctly or not, a storage module for storing parameter and file and a program executing module for executing all commands is command set and for triggering event and transmitting command to measurement software.
