Problems solved by technology

But because the technique method of this patent utilizes physical method to handle bamboo, the technique time required for it is long, and the required site is large, so the difficulty of industrialized production is relatively large, and the cohesive force of the bamboo fiber produced by this technique is poor , the strength of the yarn is low, and fluctuates greatly with the change of the environment, so it cannot be directly applied to the production of spinning

Embodiment 1

[0011] Use ordinary moso bamboo as raw material, and make bamboo fiber according to the following process:

[0012] 1. The original bamboo is cut to length according to the length of the bamboo joints through shaping;

[0013] 2. Place the cut bamboo joints in a pressure vessel, use superheated steam of 1-2Mpa, steam for 1 hour per kilogram of bamboo joints, and steam for 1 hour to remove lignin and pectin in the original bamboo other impurities;

[0014] 3. Soak the cooked bamboo joints with a 5% aqueous solution containing straw enzyme bacteria (produced according to conventional methods) and bamboo joints for 2 hours, then heat the aqueous solution containing straw enzyme bacteria and bamboo joints to 80 degrees, and then soak In 2 hours, the lignin and pectin residues in the bamboo joints and the sugar and fat in the bamboo joints are swallowed by the straw enzyme bacteria, so that the bamboo joints are further desugared, degreased and softened, and become thick fibrous b...

Abstract

A method of processing original bamboo into spinnable bamboo fiber, in which original bamboo is reshaped according to stick length, and then putted into pressure container. After such extraneous components as lignin and pectin being deprived by steam, crude bamboo fiber is got. Then by the aid of water solution including plant fungus, the lignin, pectin, sugar, and fat are deprived after immersing and heating. The next step is to laminate and separate the crude bamboo fiber through flute separating machine, and at the same time, wash it with water in order to separate the extraneous components such as lignin and pectin from the fiber. After that, soften and whiten further the fiber by the process of whitening and poaching. Then, dehydration the fiber and add homogeneously proper amount of fiber reinforcement agent in order strengthen its endurance, then softening the fabrics by emulsifier. Finally, through drying process, spinnable bamboo fiber can be produced.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a process method for producing textile fibers, in particular to a process method for producing textile plant fibers using bamboo. 2. Technical background [0002] Bamboo is a perennial plant with short growth cycle, high yield and easy cultivation. It has a wide range of uses in all walks of life, providing valuable and rich resources for our food, housing, transportation and entertainment. The utilization of bamboo is widely used in human production, life and cultural activities, making it valued by countries all over the world, and it plays an important role in our life, work and social and economic construction. However, utilizing bamboo fiber to spin and weave is a new subject of new utilization of bamboo resources recently. As a new natural fiber derived from green plants and rich in resources, the development and utilization of bamboo fiber in the textile field is a major issue with historical significance and social...
