Embodiment Construction

[0042] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0043] In the isolated rat heart perfusion experiment, the applicant found that NFA has the following effects in addition to the known effects:

[0044](1) Slow down the heart rate and weaken the contractility of the heart: 25 μmol / L niflufenamic acid weakens the left ventricular contractility and slows the heart rate of the isolated perfused rat heart (see figure 1 ), this effect was dose-dependent, the half effective dose (EC 50 ) is about 44μmol / L (see Image 6 ). Niflumic acid can inhibit ventricular muscle contraction and slow heart rate.

[0045] (2) Anti-hypotonic arrhythmia effect: hypotonic perfusate (osmotic pressure is 25% lower than that of isotonic fluid) can significantly enhance the contractility of ventricular muscle and induce arrhythmia; 25 μmol / L niflumic acid can make Rapid termination of hypotonic arrhythmias (see figure 2 ); pre-ad...

Abstract

A novel application of niflumic acid (NFA) in treating arrhythmia is disclosed. It can block the chlorine ion channel to treat the arrhythmia caused by low osmotic pressure and aconitine. It can be also used for auxiliary therapy of hypertension.

Description

[0001] 1. Field [0002] The invention relates to a medicine and its application, in particular to the application of a known medicine-niflufenamic acid in antiarrhythmia. 2. Background technology [0003] Coronary heart disease is a disease that seriously endangers human health, and its serious complication—arrhythmia is one of the main causes of sudden death in patients. Therefore, prevention and treatment of arrhythmia is the key to improving people's quality of life. [0004] The ion channel on the myocardial cell membrane is the structural basis of the electrical activity of the myocardium, and their opening and closing determine the characteristics of the electrical activity of the myocardium. Due to myocardial ischemia, the electrical activity of the heart is disturbed, resulting in arrhythmia. Therefore, the basic action principles of antiarrhythmic drugs are aimed at ion channels, and by directly or indirectly changing the activity levels of some myocardial ion chan...
