Abstract

According to the asphalt mixture three-dimensional numerical model cross-scale analysis method based on shape function interpolation, a complete asphalt pavement macro-micro cross-scale analysis process is established, and the relation between the mechanical property of a macroscopic asphalt pavement layered structure material and corresponding asphalt mixture micro-geometric distribution characteristics and component characteristics is explored; on the basis of a shape function interpolation theory and a finite element analysis method, an effective macroscopic-microscopic displacement transmission method for the finite element three-dimensional model of the asphalt pavement is provided, and macroscopic displacement-microscopic displacement cross-scale transmission calculation of the finite element model of the asphalt pavement is realized. Corresponding shape functions and proportion parameters can be selected based on geometrical characteristics and interpolation precision of the macroscopic-mesoscopic three-dimensional model, and the problem of downscaling displacement transmission of the three-dimensional model is solved; in consideration of actual geometric distribution characteristics and component characteristics of the mesoscopic mixture, on the basis of homogenization calculation, upscaling calculation of physical and mechanical characteristics of a macroscopic model homogeneous material from actual material geometric distribution characteristics and component characteristics of the mesoscopic model of the asphalt mixture is completed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cross-scale analysis of numerical models, in particular to a cross-scale analysis method of three-dimensional numerical models of asphalt mixtures based on shape function interpolation. Background technique [0002] The research methods of the mechanical behavior of asphalt mixture usually include macro-mechanical method and meso-mechanical method. [0003] The meso-mechanical method is based on the actual component characteristics of the asphalt mixture, and the numerical model with the geometric characteristics of the meso-structure of the asphalt mixture is obtained by CT scanning 3D reconstruction and other methods, and then the analysis method is performed after applying boundary loads and constraints. On the mesoscale, asphalt mixtures are usually regarded as heterogeneous multiphase composites whose mechanical behavior is closely related to the mesoscopic compositional properties. [0004] The macro-mechani...
