The device comprises a driving gas cylinder, a powder tank, a gas supply main pipeline, first to fourth electromagnetic valves, an upper gas supply branch pipeline, first to second pressure reducing valves, a delayer, an automatic fire alarm fire extinguishing controller, a powder conveying pipeline, a lower gas supply branch pipeline, an annular pipeline and a pressure sensor. The device has the advantages that the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent in the powder tank is loosened through airflow stirring, local caking of the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent is prevented, and the fluidity of the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent is improved. By means of the combined action of upper pressurization and lower stirring, the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent is evenly dispersed in driving gas, and therefore stable gas-solid two-phase flow is formed in a powder conveying pipeline.
