The electrode array comprises a pH value detection electrode and an electric control fluoride release electrode. The near-field communication module and the mobile terminal are used for carrying out wireless energy and data interaction, the pH value change of the local oral cavity microenvironment on the tooth surface is monitored in real time in situ, the tooth enamel caries occurrence condition is reflected, local drug delivery is controlled through electric excitation according to requirements, and therefore immediate nursing of early caries is achieved.
