Drug-loaded bone guide/induction composite structure as well as preparation method and application thereof

A composite structure and drug-loading technology, which is applied in the preparation of guiding/inducing bone regeneration materials/devices, drug-loading bone guiding/inducing composite structures and their preparation fields, can solve the problem that bulk materials are easily dispersed into granular materials and affect clinical practice. Use, material retention instability and other issues, to effectively guide/induce the process of bone regeneration, moderate absorbable absorption and degradation time, and avoid the loss of artificial bone particles

Problems solved by technology

However, this composite material also has some obvious disadvantages, such as: lack of plasticity, poor shape adaptability to irregular bone defects; when the filling force is too large, the bulk material is easy to disperse into granular material, resulting in unstable material retention and material loss, so when the bone defect is large or irregular, it is necessary to combine the application of membrane-guided materials and technology; the material is expensive, which affects clinical use, etc.
[0008]In addition, the oral environment is a bacterial environment, and the alveolar bone defect of the jaw is often difficult to completely isolate and seal from the oral environment. Bacteria have a significant role in guiding the bone regeneration process adverse effects, which can lead to prolonged healing time and even lead to postoperative infection and failure of bone defect repair
Existing materials lack effective antimicrobial drug loading and local sustained release capabilities

Embodiment Construction

[0032] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the examples, and the contents of the examples are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0033] The preparation method of the drug-loaded bone conduction / induction composite structure of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0034] 1. Dissolving antibacterial drugs directly or indirectly in medical glue to form drug-loaded medical glue.

[0035]In the present invention, the medical glue is used as a bioadhesive to bond the collagen membrane and the artificial bone particles. The medical glue includes polyacrylates such as isobutyl cyanoacrylate, methyl cyanoacrylate, and alkyl cyanoacrylate. These medical glues are non-viscous, tough, slightly elastic, medium hardness at room temperature, not easily soluble in water, non-irritating or slightly irritating to human tissues, non-toxic, carcinogenic, and teratogenic, and have the ability to decompose ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a drug-loaded bone guide / induction composite structure as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) directly or indirectly dissolving an antibacterial drug in a medical adhesive to form a drug-loaded medical adhesive; (2) artificial bone particles with the size of 0.2-1.5 mm are uniformly laid, the thickness is 0.2-1.5 mm, and then the surfaces are coated or sprayed with medicine-carrying medical glue; (3) flatly pressing the collagen membrane to the surface of the medicine-carrying medical adhesive, and gluing the collagen membrane with the artificial bone granular layer to form a composite structure; and 4) after the drug-loaded medical adhesive is dried and solidified, treating the surface of one side of the artificial bone particle with the composite structure, and removing the drug-loaded medical adhesive infiltrated on the surface layer to expose the artificial bone particle, thereby obtaining the drug-loaded bone guiding / inducing composite structure. According to the invention, the convenience of material application, the stability of implantation in vivo and the reliability of guiding / inducing bone regeneration can be improved, and the material is suitable for regeneration of bone defects of different parts / sizes or stable protection of comminuted fracture blocks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of materials and devices for clinical application in stomatology, and relates to a preparation method of a guiding / inducing bone regeneration material / device, in particular to a drug-loaded bone conducting / inducing composite structure and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Jaw / alveolar bone defects caused by inflammation, tumors, and trauma are common diseases in the field of stomatology, which can seriously affect the integrity and appearance of dentition, oral mastication and language functions, and even facial appearance. [0003] The current clinical treatment of jaw / alveolar bone defects mainly includes autologous bone grafting, implantation of bone substitute materials into bone defects, and covering of bone defects with membrane materials. Autologous bone transplantation is still the most ideal method for repairing bone defects, but the transplantation operation is m...
