The invention discloses a multi-split air conditioner, a control method and a storage medium, the multi-split air conditioner comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger and a plurality of indoor heat exchangers arranged in parallel, a first inner refrigerant port of each indoor heat exchanger communicates with the compressor, and a second inner refrigerant port of each indoor heat exchanger is provided with a first control valve; when the multi-split air conditioner is used for heating and defrosting, at least one indoor heat exchanger is communicated with the first outer refrigerant port of the outdoor heat exchanger through the first control valve, and after refrigerant at the high-pressure side refrigerant port of the compressor is subjected to heat exchange through the indoor heat exchangers, throttling is not carried out, and the refrigerant directly enters the outdoor heat exchanger to be defrosted; and the defrosted refrigerant enters the indoor heat exchanger which does not start heating to evaporate after the first control valve corresponding to the indoor heat exchanger which does not start heating, and then returns to the compressor, so that a complete refrigeration cycle is formed, the outdoor heat exchanger is defrosted, and reversing of a four-way valve and switching of a refrigeration mode are not needed.
